One of the leading sugar manufacturers is currently restructuring its activities in Poland. This includes consolidation of the Polish operations which will require the decommisioning of the Szamotuly sugar plant.

The infrastructure network includes all equipment necessary for any type of business such as: packaging line, production building, raw material processing, former lime building, warehouses, briquette plant, heat station, electro heat plant. Moreover the infrastructure network includes electrical energy, own coal fired combined heat as well as boilers providing steam. Additionally advantage is highly skilled and qualified labor force.
The Property can be reached very quickly and is offered for purchase in whole or in a part. The local authorities and parliamentary members declared also interesting enhancements for investors interested in the property (e.g. waiving of local taxes, support in applying for donation from EU programmes and Polish government).
