Following the conclusion and successful renting the spaces available at the Poznań Financial Centre, Von der Heyden Group shall continue, together with the City of Poznań, the development of Plac Andersa (Anders Square) in Poznań.

Stage I, named Andersia Tower, shall offer a total of 44.000 sq. m. of spaces, combining office, hotel, trading and service functions. Lower floors shall house a high-standard four-star hotel with 178 rooms, commercial facilities and conference rooms. The higher floors are to house A-class office facilities and on the top of the building a fancy restaurant has been planned with a terrace overlooking the city. A romantic dinner at the height of 90 metres with a view to the beautiful panorama of Poznań shall be an unforgettable evening. Some facilities for active rest have also been planned, including a swimming pool, a fitness club, saunas and steam baths. The total cost of the investment is estimated to be 50 million USD.

Stage II – trade and service facilities, surrounding and joining the buildings of PFC and Andersia Tower would add 36.000 sq.m of extra spaces. Spacious two-level underground parking shall also connect all the buildings. Thus, the investor intends to create a new centre of the city, buzzing with life not only during office hours. The cost of the investment is estimated as some 25 million USD.

The constructions shall be developed using the most modern technologies, turning them into some of the few “intelligent” buildings. Moreover, the 110-metre Andersia Tower shall be the highest building in the city of Poznań.

The construction is to be launched in 2003 and Andersia Tower is to be commissioned at the end of 2006.

Finally, PFC and Andersia, stage I and II, shall furnish the city with about 120.000 sq.m of most modern spaces, the total investment expenditures exceeding 120 million USD.
